To install Resin plugin into your NetBeans IDE please follow these steps:

1. Download Resin NetBeans plugin to a local directory
2. In NetBeans IDE click "Tools->Plugins" and select "Downloaded" tab
3. Click on "Add Plugins..." button and navigate to the downloaded com-caucho-netbeans.nbm file
4. Follow the generic dialog instructions to complete installation
